Strategy
Productshare is has built a profitable ecommerce enterprise and is exploring a strategy of how to most efficiently transition to a decentralized model of governance. ProductShare has not raised awareness to a degree where its community is big enough to sustain a successful public pre-sale and does not have enough runway to grow the community organically
The most optimal path for ProductShare to reach its goal of having an engaged community of collaborators and a governing body of stakeholders is to identify a small group of public good initiatives who could benefit from a StakeShare grant whose leadership and community could make up the initial trusted seed and who have knowledge and expertise of managing and operating decentralized autonomous organizations.
As my first act as the CEO of ProductShare DAO LLC. I proposed the following plan:
  • select 8-10 ReFi projects, each project evaluated based on the impact it can have on growing the ProductShare community and
  1. Establishing 3 core teams of collaborators

1. Marketing & Community Awareness Team

Objective: Build a thriving community and create global awareness of ProductShare and its regenerative mission.Roles Needed:
  • Community Builders & Moderators (Discord): Foster a vibrant, engaged community on Discord, ensuring that members feel welcome and informed.
  • Content Creators & Copywriters: Develop engaging content to drive our awareness campaigns, telling the story of ProductShare and the future of regenerative finance.
  • Social Media Managers: Amplify our message across social platforms and help engage a global audience passionate about Web3 and conscious capitalism.

2. Governance & Product Strategy Team

Objective: Shape the strategic direction of ProductShare DAO, refining governance processes and ensuring long-term sustainability.Roles Needed:
  • Governance Experts & Strategists: Help develop governance models and frameworks that empower our community to make impactful decisions.
  • Proposal Reviewers & Analysts: Collaborate with the community to streamline proposals, ensuring that governance remains efficient and transparent.

3. Development & Web3 Experience Team

Objective: Accelerate the transformation of ProductShare’s web applications into a seamless, Web3-native user experience.Roles Needed:
  • Developers (Frontend/Backend): Build and optimize Web3 integrations that enhance user experience and security.
  • UX/UI Designers: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with Web3 standards.
  • Blockchain Engineers: Enhance smart contract functionality and scalability within the ProductShare ecosystem.
  1. Grow social community and token utility to make it feasible to bootstrap token liquidity
The treasury currently has 1.5M PSS ~ 495K USD to incentivize collaboration
In exchange for their original contributions to iProductShare Inc. The founders and advisor are expected to mint 66M PSS to be vested over 55 months. The founders are willing to postpone the issue of these tokens until at least $1M USD is available in liquidity. Until that time the founders have agreed to join the DAO on a permanent full-time basis for 30K PSS per month. To establish a voting quorum each founder will be granted 10% of their allocation in a revokable grant vested over 55 months with a 12 month cliff. This will provide the founders with sufficient voting power to represent the co-creators collective.
